MidCentral DHB (MDHB) requires a solution to provide additional, but interim, clinical space on its Palmerston North site. MDHB is seeking proposals from suitably qualified building providers that have the capability and capacity to act as Head Contractor for a single storey building footprint of circa 770 sqm. Preference is for minimum construction on the MDHB site.

The construction program involves 2 stages of Contract Works that will be undertaken as two distinct packages.

MDHB will use a one-step procurement process (i.e., this Request for Tender) to identify a Head Contractor to undertake both construction packages and deliver a building fit for purpose for its users (the Contract Works).
