Coolamon & Ganmain Pool Leases 2021-2024

⁠⁠⁠Expression of interest (EOI) are now being called to lease the Coolamon and Ganmain swimming pools for the 2021-2024 swimming seasons. Council’s Lease Agreements provides for the collection of gate receipts, the operation of the kiosk and the provision of a retainer at the end of the swimming season.

EOI’s can be submitted to lease an individual pool or lease both the Coolamon and Ganmain Pools.

The successful applicant(s) must have a Bronze Medallion or equivalent certificate and a resuscitation certificate. The position(s) will involve working with children and as a result the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protections Act 1998) is applicable. The successful applicant(s) will be subject to a Working with Children Check. Council will arrange, at its own cost, for pool operating training for successful applicant (s) to be undertaken in the October 2021.

Council requires that submission of expressions of interest include the name, address, phone number, references/referees, relevant experience and a copy of certificates or levels of attainment.

All expressions of interest must be provided to address to the General Manager, Coolamon Shire Council, PO Box 101, Coolamon NSW 2701 by no later than 5.00pm on Friday 10th September 2021.
