Tender Description
Scope of work
- Supply and Install total no of 5 transportable buildings (12x3)
- Supply and Install total no of 6 transportable buildings (14.4x3)
- Supply and Install total no of 5 Breezeway area between the office buildings - 5 sites (1 site each)
- LV Maintenance storage facility shed - total 9 (1 site each) for maintenance equipment
- 2 Carports for 2 sites (B2, Yandi 388)
- 3 Carports for 3 sites (Rosella, B4 & HD1)
- 4 Carports for 3 sites (West Angela's, Emu & Ti Tree)
- 5 Carports for 1 sites (Yandi)
- Site inspections and constructability design review
- Site clearing and site preparation
- Site set up and laydown establishment
- Undertaking all civil works inclusive of cut to fill, pad development and detailed civil works of pit and pipe
- Undertake potholing and service identification
- Supply and install fencing and LV/pedestrian access gates at specified sites
- Supply and install all underground services and septic tanks, and or water treatment systems
- Complete under bores approx. 2
- Manufacture; supply and install all footings and foundations and tie downs
- Extension of existing brick building inclusive of roofline and internal refurbishment of the Tom Price Rail building
- Supply and install and commission correct sized generators for 3 x sites
- Supply and Installation and commissioning of solar array assembly's and associated battery banks at 3 x sites for a hybrid solution powering solution
- Provide and install all electrical cabling and distribution boards needed to energise the sites, and undertake isolations for upstream connections etc
- Supply and install all cable trays as required for above ground cabling
- Supply of all consumables may include items such as terminals, terminal lugs, cables and wires, wire numbers, fuse holders, labelling, glands, bolts and nuts and other fixings
- Assembly and commissioning of all mechanical builds such as carports, breezeways and storage sheds inclusive of any crannage required for the works
- Rio Tinto safety features necessary to be incorporated into the supply and termination; commissioning of new services
- Cutting and or splicing into Fibre Optic Cable at 2 x locations
- Supply and install all finishes furniture and signage at all sites
- Compilation o fall QA/Documentation at all sites including submission of site Specific MDRs
- Provide traffic management services and all plant and personnel required for all project delivery's
- Provide site notices for energisation /delivery's and business inter
- Complete as built of all sites
