⁠⁠⁠The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is looking for long term office accommodation in several locations that can service the needs of the community and the set up and design requirements of the Ministry’s client facing service centres. We seek accommodation options, either new builds or existing sites that:

• Are ground floor premises
• Provide a modern, safe and secure physical workspace
• Have large efficient floor plates and allow for open plan environments
• Are close to public amenities (parking, proximity to bus routes etc.)
• Have onsite secure parking

This Registration of Interest is seeking accommodation in Riccarton, Christchurch. Further ROI’s will be issued for accommodation at other locations during 2021.
