Place Management Services

The Authority requires a qualified and experienced Supplier to provide Place Management Services for the City Renewal Precinct.

The Authority estimates that the delivery of the Services would require approximately 7,280 hours annually. Tenderers should base their proposals on this indicative requirement.

The Territory will invite Respondents to submit responses for the provision of Place Management Services described in the RFP, subject to the terms and conditions set out, or referred to in the RFP and Attachment D - Draft Contract.
