Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The successful supplier must be able to:
• provide responsive level 2 support and business support by specified personnel with an in-depth understanding of the solution design, to support system availability;
• demonstrate significant expertise in TechnologyOne Core Financials, security configuration, system administration, and design of complex ETL, BPA forms and XLOne reports; and
• deliver documentation that is fit-for-purpose for a small organisation, including technical configuration documentation and training and process documentation.
Contract deliverables include:
• Level 2 technical support and business support including configuration defect resolution and troubleshooting on a responsive, as-needs basis
• Configuration design, development and management to support planned system releases, snapshots (patches) and software updates including:
o Business analysis and solution design proposals and costing
o Maintaining technical documentation (i.e. configuration documents)
o Design and conduct comprehensive testing as required, including unit testing, integration testing and regression testing; maintain regression testing suite
o Support the NHFB in ensuring the currency of training material and user guides
o End user communications
