Council is seeking expressions of interest for a vacant office premises available for lease within the Gerringong Town Hall, Fern Street, Gerringong. The premises is approximately 36m2 and located on the first floor of the building.

Interest in lease of the premises can be made in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Kiama Municipal Council, PO Box 75, Kiama 2533 by 4:30pm Friday 20 August. Expressions of Interests must include a lease term, description of use of the premises and a rental proposal.
