Tender Description
Invitations are open for suitably qualified organisations to tender for the construction of mountain bike trail near St Helens in North East Tasmania:
Tender documents will be available from 9.00am AEST Monday 9 August 2021 and can be obtained by registering on Council’s website under the “Tenders” section at the following link http://www.bodc.tas.gov.au/council/tender alternatively you can contact Council’s Executive Assistant on 6376 7900 or via email angela.matthews@bodc.tas.gov.au
A non-compulsory Pre-Tender meeting will be held at the Break O’Day Council Chambers at 10.00 AEST am on Friday 13 August 2021.
Tenders close at 2.00 pm AEST on Monday 30 August 2021. Tenders are to be in a sealed envelope, marked with the Contract Number and Title, and either delivered to Council offices on Georges Bay Esplanade, St Helens; posted to 32-34 Georges Bay Esplanade, St Helens, Tas, 7216 or emailed to admin@bodc.tas.gov.au.
Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
