Tender Description
INDUSTRY BRIEFING
- An Industry briefing will take place on Tuesday 10 August commencing at 9am via telephone conference. An hour has been allowed for the briefing.
- Offerors who do not attend this industry briefing will still be eligible to submit an Offer. However, if an Offeror or potential Offeror does not attend the industry briefing the Transport and Main Roads will not be required to provide any information which is delivered during the briefing.
- The Industry briefing provides the opportunity for potential Offerors to gain a clearer understanding of the ITO including, but not limited to:
- Background and Principal’s strategy;
- Overview of the Specifications;
- Evaluation process;
- Submitting an Offer
4. Attendance at the Industry Briefing is limited to two representatives from each potential Offeror.
5. Offerors are to advise details of attendees and a contact phone number to this briefing via email to Roadtek_Procurement_Central@tmr.qld.gov.au by Midday Monday 9 August.
