Tender Description
Council is seeking a main/head/principal Contractor for design and construction of Modular Change Rooms at Pinklands Sporting Complex at Thornlands in Redland City.
The work to be performed under this Contract comprises of the provision of the design, all materials, plant/equipment, labour and the performance of all operations necessary for the supply/delivery, installation/construction, supervision and certification for the proposed works, which include but are not limited to:
• Design to build Change Room / Amenities including building, plumbing and electrical permits and approvals;
• Construction of unisex change rooms including fitout (Refer Appendix B Schedule of Fixtures, Fittings and Finishes):
- 2 x Change Room area to include, racks & bench seating
- 2 x Amenities area to include 3 x showers, 1 x toilet, 1 x ambulant toilet
- 4 x Externally accessible Unisex toilet and 1 x PWD Public toilet
- Footpath connection including ramp and stair access to the building
- Water connection and water meter, supply to the building from the existing service connection and connection to the building
- Electrical service connection from the existing supply, meter and switchboard to change room
• All associated approvals, certifications and management plans;
• Associated FRC paths connection the building to existing walkways; and
• Final RPEQ certified ‘As Constructed’ (ADAC) drawings for 44247 (with Form 16).
