Tender Description
The extent of the Subcontractor’s Works shall include for, be subject but not limited to, the following: -
- Supply and installation of tiles to nominated areas including the form of expansion joint when laying tiles (not cut in later) and seal joints with an approved sealer
- Supply and install internal / external trims and edge strips to cover and protect tile edges including the provision of a polyurethane jointing to the external perimeter of external tiling for full depth of the bed
- Allow for all floor preparation (e.g. floor levelling compounds, grinding, patching, sealer coats, final sweep / clean) necessary prior to placement of waterproofing, toppings, screeds, tiling and the like
- Supply and install of all internal waterproofing systems relating to tiling works
