Supply of Bitumen Seals and Asphalt

⁠⁠⁠This document is an invitation to tender for the Supply and spray hot bitumen / supply of a ‘full service’ supply, spray and spread aggregate hot bitumen seal for the purpose of second coat seals and reseals; and the supply and application of asphalt.

The areas, expressed in square metres, of each project are listed later in this document from which volumes of materials required can be calculated, however the Principal reserves the right to change the scope of any project subject to this tender.

The Principal expects to require in the order of Prime Seal 23,000 m2 / Full Service Reseal 39,000 m2 / Asphalt 700m² through the duration of the contract however this is subject to increase or decrease at the sole discretion of the Principal.

The contract will commence as soon as practical as advised in the letter of acceptance issued to the successful Tenderer and will run for the period until the contract concludes 30th June 2022.

The principal will consider as set out in this contract two, one year options to extend the term of the contract.

The Contractor will:

Provide all Occupation Safety and Health documentation
Complete pre-qualification OH&S induction
Complete site induction with principal representative

The successful Tenderer will be required to enter into a Contract with the Principal
