Investment Management Services for LGISWA

⁠⁠⁠WALGA is seeking to appoint a single qualified and experienced Institutional provider of Professional Investment Management Services. In addition to managing the Scheme’s investments, the provider will be expected to provide a packaged, outsourced solution, regular reporting and advice on investment strategy.

This Request will be used to contract for the provision of Investment Management Services that satisfy the Board adopted LGISWA Scheme Investment Policy Statement.

The successful provider will be contracted for a five (5) year term, with an option to extend the Contract for up to 5 years (one additional 3-year extension and one additional 2-year extension) at the discretion of the Principal.

The start date of 19th January 2022 is expected to allow the management of any investment transfers to be completed by prior to this date.
