This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
We are seeking a UX\UI Designer to undertake user workshops, redesign\create internal and external web interfaces supporting the modernisation of multiple applications related to Australia’s National Greenhouse Accounts and the modelling of greenhouse gas emissions.
Skills required:
• A minimum 5 years' experience in a UX/UI role and a relevant qualification.
• Ability to plan and lead group facilitation, workshops, usability testing for the purposes of establishing user requirements\feedback, identifying issues\pain point.
• Expertise in converting user requirements into functional\efficient web designs which conform to WCAG2.1. Allowing for varying user views dependent on access restrictions and improved user journey\experience.
• Ability to collaborate and work productively within a cross functional team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Application developers, Web Developers and the business Sector Matter Experts.
• Expertise in producing prototypes/wireframes (including working prototypes through HTML/CSS/JavaScript) upon which to base discussions with technical and business stakeholders
• Familiar with Information architecture, supporting content design and accessibility (WCAG2.1)
• Worked with Agile methodologies, DevOps and Microsoft development platforms.
• Ability to work independently and conform to Digital Service Standards.
• Strong verbal\written communications skills and ability to concisely document user research findings, design specifications, user personas, etc .
