Tender Details
Tender Description
The Commission is seeking assistance to develop and deliver an Aged Care Provider Governance Capability Program (the Program) to the aged care sector from December 2021.
The objective of the Program is to improve the quality of care and services delivered to senior Australians by strengthening the corporate and clinical governance capability of governing bodies and senior leaders of approved providers of Australian Government subsidised residential and home aged care services.
The Program will need to be responsive to changes in the sector and flexible in the way it is delivered.
It must comprise multiple modalities so it can be tailored to address the diverse needs of aged care providers which vary in size, service and client characteristics, location and capability.
This will include explicit considerations as to the challenges faced in thin markets including rural and remote service contexts.
