This contract comprises of works for the renewal of a pedestrian bridge at Linton Park West.
The works comprise of building a pedestrian bridge with ramps.

The preference is for bridge construction to be completed off site and hiabed into place reducing the impacts on the stream and minimising disruption to the shared path users, with the bridge being closed for a maximum allowance of 7 calendar days. Council must be notified 2 weeks prior to works commencing so the public can also be notified.

The Contractor is responsible for all works detailed in the technical specification.

Tenderers are advised that the Principal reserves the right to vary the scale of the works to fit within the constraints of the available funding for this project.
