Application Recruitment and Tracking System

The Electoral Commission (the Commission) requires a solution to manage position requisitioning, candidate sourcing, applicant assessment and selection, employment offer and post offer check administration for all staff including permanent, temporary, contract, third-party workers, casual and graduate recruiting. On-boarding includes preparation for new starters and new hire orientation. This registration is the first step in an intended 2 step procurement process and we are seeking submissions from credible vendors who can offer a cost effective solution to meet the high level requirements described in the ROI.
