Expression of Interest - Residential Building for Sale for Removal

⁠⁠⁠The Boulia Shire Council is currently seeking expressions of interest in the sale of a used property, currently situated at the Boulia Racecourse marked below (LOT/RP: 31 WI57). The offer price should also consider the costs incurred with the relocation of the structure, including but not limited to:

• Disconnecting the building from the support structures
• Loading/Unloading the building onto a truck
• Transportation of the building/truck hire
• Additional costs associated with completing the work in a safe manner as described by the relevant WH&S Body/Act
