⁠⁠⁠This online Performer Application form collects essential information about you (the performance organiser), your proposed performance and the performers/ sub-troupes that will take part.

This information will be held by Auckland Unlimited and used so that we can keep in touch with you about the event and organise the Auckland Diwali Festival 2021 programme.

Information you need on hand to complete this form
The information in this form will not be saved if you exit out of it before submitting the form. As such it is important that you have the following information and details with you before beginning:

• Contact details for organisers (primary and secondary contacts)
• Background information about your school/ troupe/ sub-troupe that can be used for Diwali planning and communications
• Information about each performer and/or sub-troupe (Stage names, size of sub-troupe, nature of their performance etc)
• Video copies of, or links to recent performances/rehearsals for each performance/ sub-troupe being registered (where available).
