Tender Description
Landcom has recently acquired the 873 hectares site in North Wilton Site. The Site is located within the South West Region of the Sydney Metropolitan Area in the locality of Wilton and the Local Government Area of Wollondilly Shire Council. The Site is adjacent to the Hume Highway to the southeast and has frontage to Picton Road to the southwest.
Landcom’s vision for the North Wilton Site is to deliver a new, vibrant and sustainable master planned community. The North Wilton Precinct will incorporate a series of thoughtfully planned villages with high local amenity, job opportunities and connections to essential facilities. This will be achieved in a manner that responds to the unique characteristics of the Precinct including the waterways of the Nepean River and Allens Creek, native vegetation, ridge lines and the backdrop of the Razorback Ranges. Landcom is also targeting a 6 Star Green Communities rating, representing world leadership in accordance with our corporate commitments.
Landcom is seeking tenders for comprehensive Surveying services for various applications on the project including:
- Stage 1 Development application (203 lots)
- Sub Arterial Road Application
- Fairway Drive Extension
- Stages 2 (117 lots), 3 (200 lots) and 4 (230 lots).
