Lease and Operation of Dixon Park Kiosk

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2:00pm Tuesday 17 August 2021 for:

City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking tenders to lease, fit-out and operate the Dixon Park Kiosk (the Kiosk) in Dixon Park, off Ocean Street Merewether NSW 2291.

Documents are available electronically.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

Enquiries must be directed via the forum.

A pre-tender inspection be held at on for the following times:
- 11.00 am to 12.00 pm on Monday 26 July 2021;
- 11.00 am to 12.00 pm on Monday 2 August 2021.

Any tenderer wishing to attend an inspection of the Kiosk must contact Michael Rathborne by email at mrathborne@ncc.nsw.gov.au to register and confirm their attendance. Attendance is at the tenderer's expense and discretion.
