Supply and Delivery of one Sand Bagging Machine

⁠⁠⁠Hinchinbrook Shire Council is seeking a quotation for the supply and delivery of one Sand Bagging Machine that complies with all the relevant QLD Acts, regulations or standards that may apply, including;

• Australian Standards; and
• ADR (Australian Design Rules).

The Mobile Sand Bagging Machine is to be used to support Hinchinbrook Shire Council during natural disasters.

The equipment will require the following specifications:

• Fully adjustable bag roller ramp and roller side conveyor
• Petrol powered hydraulic power plant
• Fully self-sufficient mobile setup
• Access ladder to top off hopper
• Adjustable stabiliser legs for height control
• Hopper size 3m3
• Aluminium safety grate on top of hopper
• Fast bagging rate of up to 750 bags per hour
• Hydraulic driven anti-bridging device
• Easily bags sand product
• Foot control operation with low voltage controls
