Tender Description
Redland City Council is seeking a main/head/principal contractor for park upgrade works to be carried out at the following locations in Redland City:
SP1 PDG-42831-1 Parklands Court Park, Victoria Point
SP2 PDG-43655-1 William Ross Park, Cleveland
SP3 PDG-44063-1 Penrose Avenue Park, Redland Bay
Refer to Section A Part 5 attached (including appendices) for full extent of the works required at each location.
Important Notes:
1. Preferable Completion Dates:
• PDG-42831-1 (SP1) be completed prior to 23 May 2022;
• PDG-43655-1 (SP2) be completed prior to 28 April 2022; and
• PDG-44063-1 (SP3) be completed prior to 23 May 2022.
2. No works are to be undertake during school holidays at PDG-43655-1 William Ross Park, Cleveland (SP2).
3. This project is divided into three (3) Separable Portions. A lump sum price is required for each separable portion. Council reserves at its sole and absolute discretion to award any one or more separable portions of this project.
Should Council decide that work under any one or more Separable Portions is not to proceed then the Contractor shall indemnify Council and Council shall not be liable for any Council shall not be liable for any costs incurred in the preparation of this Tender.
