Tender Description

The Te Kotuku Redevelopment Project will replace the currently undersized and not fit for purpose Paediatric Inpatient Ward and Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU). It will also provide a new fit for purpose Medical Laboratory for the hospital

This project proposes to complete the fit out and expansion that was originally allowed for when the new Maternity building was designed and built (2012-2015).

We are looking for a construction company who is able to provide comprehensive construction works and project management, including:

  • Construction and Demolition, including asbestos management and H&S in operational environment
  • Management of subcontractors
  • Coordination of associated building services (including hydraulics, mechanical ventilation, electrical IT and fire protection, etc.)
  • Finishing including project completion documentation
