Tender Description
QPRC (the Principal) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for maintenance of Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) systems in Council owned properties. The work consists of regular inspection, maintenance and repairs to HVAC systems at 62 sites across the QPRC local government area. Service calls both during and outside business hours are included in this contract.
