This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Digital Modernisation Program (DMP) has been formed in the CIO Group of DISER. It aims to modernise and uplift the digital capabilities of the department and divisional networks providing a strong foundation to deliver core outcomes for the department, reducing duplication and providing better investment sustainability.
Specific outcomes include:
• Benefits framework, mapping of benefits from a business perspective, realisation plan and a tool for tracking benefits
• Program benefits executive summary, including visual representations to share with Executive
