U.S. News Channel Services

⁠⁠⁠The United States Government (USG) has a requirement for U.S. News Channel Services.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all services and equipment furnished under this contract. The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor monthly for Services that have been satisfactorily performed.

1. The contractor to provide 24/7 dedicated news channel services at the U.S. Embassy in Canberra.

The NEWS channels required are:

(a) FOX News Channel
(b) Sky News Australia
(c) Your Money
(d) Weather Channel
(e) CNN
(f) CNBC
(g) BBC World
(h) Sky News Extra

2. Supply and install of any equipment required for news channel delivery (Set-top Boxes)

3. Australian based & dedicated call centre and field technician coverage.

4. Hardware and software are maintained throughout the period of the contract.

5.Provide an online portal with remote monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
