Tender Description
Edward River Council is undertaking a significant rebuilding of the civic precinct in Deniliquin. The precinct includes Council administration buildings and the historic Deniliquin Town Hall and a proposed open plaza (reference 'public square' on attached site plan).
Moretto Building Pty Ltd, Shepparton, has been engaged as principal contractor and is undertaking the building works.
This Request for Quotation calls for the supply and installation of;
1. A disability access lift, and
2. Goods hoist, to the Town Hall building.
The Town Hall building is currently in final demolition of internal walls and rebuilding is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2021.
The building contract will provide the structure to which the lift and hoist will attach and be housed within and shall provide power to the sites of the lift and hoist.
