Bounded by the Great Barrier Reef to the east and sandstone wilderness in the west, Livingstone Shire is located within the Fitzroy Region of Central Queensland and covers 11,800 square kilometres on the Capricorn Coast. The major urban townships of Yeppoon and Emu Park are where the majority of the population reside, our beautiful rural areas include Byfield, Cawarral, The Caves, Stanage, Marlborough, Glenlee and Glendale.
Council Services a population of 36,000. Our major industries include retail, tourism, education and training, health care and social assistance, construction and agriculture.
Livingstone Shire Council is seeking to source suitably qualified contractors to perform horizontal directional drilling services in urban and residential areas at various council sites throughout the Livingstone Shire who are qualified and capable of services as detailed in the specification for its Provide Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) Supply and Delivery of Under Road Boring Services requirements.
Objective
Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) Supply and Delivery of Under Road Boring Services Tender No. 2021.014 as per specification.
The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards.
The Councils’ requirements in relation to the Services are set out in Section 2 of this Invitation (Technical Specification).
