The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for construction and renovation work.

The requirement is for kitchen & bathroom and other renovations at a residential property located in Canberra, ACT, Australia. The renovations to be completed following the design and specifications supplied in this document.

A Proposed Site Visit will be held:

DATE: Wednesday August 18th, 2021.
TIME: 10:00 AM

You must register your interest in attending the site visit prior to 5pm Local Canberra Time on Monday August 17th, 2021.

PLEASE NOTE: For a quotation or tender to be valid all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. A SAM registration check will be conducted prior to the review/consideration of any solicitation proposal.

Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Quotation Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer Ryan Ruta, U.S. Embassy Canberra, Moonah Place, Yarralumla, ACT 2600 on or before 4:00pm Local Canberra Time on August 30th, 2021.
