Tender Description
The Shire of Derby West Kimberley suffered damage to various road assets following flooding in early 2020. Via the DRFAWA program, the Shire were successful in obtaining funding to repair the damage to the pre-disaster condition.
A full list of the defects approved for reinstatement on each road is contained within Appendix 3.
The works will be divided into three separate works packages of approximately equal value;
Packages 1, 2 and 3. The Shire may appoint one Contractor to complete one or more work packages or three Contractors to complete one work package each or any other combination of contractors and work packages.
The Shire aims to undertake the works progressively with each work package expected to take approx. 8 - 12 months to complete depending on the nature of the works and size of the work crew.
