Seqwater is seeking Expressions of Interest for the construction of a new multi span bridge over the Brisbane River at Mt Cosby Wier to replace the existing Mt Crosby Bridge.

Interested respondents are required to submit a completed Registration Form and Confidentiality Agreement.

Interested respondents are advised that a 2-week Expression of Interest (EOI) process will commence from no earlier than Tuesday 13 July 2021. The EOI will provide specific information on the procurement process in regards to the subsequent Request For Tender and expected timelines.

To be considered for the EOI and subsequent procurement activity, interested Respondents will need to provide confirmation that they are;

• Prequalified under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridges) Construction Contracts at a minimum;
• B3 Bridge Rating,
• F20 Financial Rating,
• Willing and able to obtain Contract Works insurance to the value of the Contract, and
• Accepting that the commercial framework be an amended form of TMR TIC Construct Only with details to be provided as part of the EOI.

Once returned to the Seqwater Procurement Officer, the supplier will be assessed and where appropriate added to the future EOI event.

The attached Registration for Expression of Interest document provides an overview of the opportunity, the registration requirements and instructions for obtaining access to the EOI.

No request for extensions will be accepted due to any respondent registering after the commencement of the EOI period.
