Underground Cable Backfill

⁠⁠⁠Energy Queensland Limited is seeking interest from capable suppliers to supply and deliver Undrground Cable Backfill.

The tender is expected to be released in EQL’s online tendering tool, SAP Ariba, on 01 August 2021. All relevant documentation (including the proposed Agreement and Response Schedules) will be available from EQL's online tendering tool SAP Ariba from 01 August 2021 until 2:30pm 31 August 2021.

The proposed contract commencement date is 15 November 2021 for a period of 3years. There are also 2 x 24-month extension options available at EQL's discretion.

How to Respond:

Tenderers who wish to submit a response should follow the below instructions:

1. Tenderers who are not already registered in Energy Queensland’s realm in SAP Ariba will be required to register their interest by sending an email to the nominated Contact Officer dominic.owato@energyq.com.au.
2. The email subject should contain the event title 'SR2253470 Underground Cable Backfill’ and in the email please provide the following information:

• Business legal entity name (as displayed in the ABN lookup)
• Registered business street address
• Contact name, phone number and email address. Note: the contact person needs to be someone within the business that has authority to provide financial data (such as bank account details). Other contacts/users can be added by this authorised Contact once registration is completed
• ABN

1. The informatio sort is to enable EQL register you in our system. When registration is complete Tenderers will be invited to respond and will be able to access the EQL SAP Ariba realm via a link contained in the email notification. Please note this link will expire within 24 hours.
2. Tenderers must accept the prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the ‘Review and Accept Prerequisites’ tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received. This includes, but is not limited to, Content updates and changes to Event Timing.
3. If the Tenderer is interested in participating in the said tender they must submit a response through SAP Ariba only. Submissions provided via email or QTenders will not be considered for evaluation.
4. Tenderers are encouraged to read all relevant documentation located at https://www.energyq.com.au/suppliers.
