Deadline: Tenders close on Wednesday, 21 July 2021 at 4:00pm and must be submitted to procurement@porthedland.wa.gov.au.

Tenders received later than the tender closing time will not be considered for selection.

Lodgement: Tenders must be marked "EOI TENDER - reserve 37971" and submitted by email to procurement@porthedland.wa.gov.au

Conditions:

• Canvassing of Councillors and Council staff will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
• The Town of Port Hedland does not intend to submit a tender.
• Lowest or any tenders not necessarily accepted.
