Tender Description
The External Recruitment Services contract id being renewed for a further term of two years.
The contract was originally awarded for a 4 year period with a 2 year right to renew. NZGP has opted to renew the contracts and return to the market in 2023.
The current recruitment panel has 42 providers with a breakdown of: 83% Small Medium Enterprises businesses (SME) and 76% New Zealand Business (NZB) along with 7.5% Māori businesses.
The decision to not return to the market at this time reflects a balance between the current delivery of high quality service, versus the costs associated with the return to market process for both suppliers and agencies. Over the next 2 years we will be working within existing arrangements to make improvements including to open up further access to SME and Māori business.
