The City of Armadale (the ‘Principal’) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor with the appropriate resources to undertake the construction and implementation of the Harber Park Landscape Improvement Project.

Harber Park is located on the corner of Harber Drive and Wungong Road in Brookdale. Harber Park is also known as Chiltern Reserve (Google Maps).

The landscape improvements include but not limited to the following:

- Fenced dog area and associated infrastructure
- Shelters and picnic furniture
- Extension to existing irrigation system
- Basketball hoop
- Concrete pathways
- Irrigation system extension
