Tender Description
The contractor will be engaged to provide a wide range of services in support of construction activities, the type of service and engagement period will be determined by the project schedule. The contractor shall be equipped and resourced to mobilise to the Mine Access Road vicinity for both short and extended periods of time, the principle will endeavour to provide a minimum of 5 days’ notice to mobilise.
The contractor shall submit a proposal which breaks down its survey capabilities and labour rates applicable to those services. The proposal requirements are outlined in Table 1.2 of the attached SOW.
Initial works are identified to contain survey for a 20km section of the Mine Access Road.
Potential exists for extension for up to 60km additional work along the Mine Access Road.
Works at a minimum should include:
• Clearing set out – 1 stake every 50m
• Fence set out – 1 stake every 50m
• Control install – 1 station every 100m (GPS position for XY single observation)
• Control levelling – double loop level run
• UAV – flight of 5km per day with ground truthing every 100m with checks at the Centre Line, 10m offset and 20m offset.
