Tender Description
The Hill Recreation Centre
This project seeks to:
- Install a ground-mounted evaporative air conditioning system with secure perimeter fencing.
- Establish all service connections to the plant enclosure and control box as required.
- Install a single duct, roof vents and other associated works as well as relocating the existing light fittings as required.
Note:
The ceiling as documented in the enclosed consultants’ drawings will not be constructed as part of this project.
The Hub Recreation Centre
This project seeks to:
Install two ground-mounted evaporative air conditioning systems with secure perimeter fencing.
Establish all service connections to the plant enclosure and control box as required.
Install ductwork, roof vents and other associated works to both halls as documented.
General
Respondents are to ensure that offers are inclusive of any equipment or materials required so as not to damage the existing floors within the halls from scaffolding equipment.
Tenderers must be able to demonstrate in ther response that they:
- hold appropriate insurance covers (Public Liability $10 million, Motor Vehicle Third Party Property & Contract Works)
- are registered for Return to Work (or equivalent Workers Compensation Insurance or registration under another jurisdiction);
- have a Work Health & Safety Management System;
- are a Registered Building Contractor ; and
- are can to bring the work to completion by 21 December 2021
A briefing session will be held at 42 Candy Road, O'Halloran Hill, SA, Australia, 5158 on 10:00 AM 14 July 2021.
