Provision of Traffic Control Services for Oberon Council

⁠⁠⁠Oberon Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the provision of Traffic Control Services for associated works projects with Oberon Council.

Tenderers must comply with the Councils Terms & Conditions of Tendering, which is available in Volume 2 Conditions of Contract, Schedule General Conditions of Contract.

Lodgement of a Tender is evidence of the Tenderer’s agreement to comply with the Terms & Conditions for the duration of any contract awarded as a result of the Tender process. If a Tenderer fails to comply with the Council’s Terms and Conditions of Tendering, the Principal may take the failure into account when considering this or any subsequent Tender from the Tenderer, and may pass over the Tender.
