Tender Description
Redland City Council is seeking Proposals from design consultants to undertake the preliminary and detailed design for the Redlands Coast Regional Sport and Recreation Precinct at Heinemann Road, Mt Cotton in Redland City.
The services are to be undertaken in six (6) phases:
Phase 1: Value Engineering Workshop
Phase 2: Assessments, Reports, Management Plans and Technical Studies
Phase 3: Preliminary Design and Estimate
Phase 4: Detailed Design and Documentation
Phase 5: Permits & Applications
Phase 6: “For Construction” Documentation
A briefing session will be held at Alexandra Hills Conference Centre, 332 Finucane Road, Alexandra Hills at 21 Jul, 2021 9:00 AM .
