DORMITORY REFURBISHMENT

Registered Commercial builders are hereby invited to express their interest in tendering for the above project. The project will involve complete renovation and upgrade to the top 2 levels of the existing 3 level Girls Dormitory building at The Rockhampton Grammar School.

Works will include provision of 98 new bed, wardrobe and desk units, refurbishment of wet areas, and associated electrical and mechanical services and replacement of external aluminium framed windows.

In the first instance, suitably qualified contractors should submit their contact details to the architect no later than Monday 12 July 2021. A copy of schematic drawings for the project will be sent to respondents, with a schedule of assessment criteria for the Expression of Interest process. Expressions of interest will close on Monday 12 July 2021.

From the expressions received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender.
