Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for Expressions of Interest for the Design & Construction of a new two-storey Administration and Learning Centre located at Sunnybank Special School, Troughton Rd. Sunnybank.
Expression of Interest submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3. Only short-listed Contractors will be invited to provide a tender submission for the Project.
Tender documentation is available electronically from Ridgemill Pty Ltd. Please provide a copy of your PQC Certificate and email to tenders@ridgemill.com.au to request documentation.
Please note: There will be no site inspection for the Expression of Interest phase.
Hardcopy Submissions close on Friday 16th July at 2:00pm at Ridgemill Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Marie Street, Milton QLD 4064.
