Lease of Cattle Dip Facilities Nanango, Proston & Wondai

⁠⁠⁠South Burnett Regional Council is offering the cattle facilities located at Nanango, Wondai and Proston for lease by tender. The facilities have been historically used to support local livestock producers to maintain the cattle tick line.

The facilities all have unique features and can be utilised for livestock husbandry practices, stock grazing and consolidation of small consignments of cattle to larger trucks for delivery to markets.

The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries has no interest in the sites but has offered its support to any potential lessee to reactivate the facilities.
