Tender Description
Wattle Range Council (the Council) invites tenders from tenderers / respondents for the provision of civil construction works of a shared path cycle way on the existing disused Penola-Coonawarra railway corridor (the Services).
The Council is seeking to have the existing 22kms (approximate) of disused railway corridor, located between South Terrace in Penola and Penola-Hundred Line Road in Glenroy, upgraded to a two-way sealed pathway standard with appropriate signage and infrastructure as specified in ‘Section D – Specifications for the Services’ in this Tender.
The section of trail proposed for development is in four stages from the township of Penola along several vineyards and wineries to Coonawarra / Glenroy.
