The purpose of this Request for Information and Pricing (RFIP) is to invite interested parties to register their interest and submit information relevant to the provision of equipment, design, supply, installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation and air conditioning services (HVAC System) for the 1994 two storey building, which is part of the District Administration Buildings (DAB), together with removal of the existing HVAC system to assist the Council to determine whether or not it wishes to proceed with a procurement of the a new HVAC System.
Parties responding to this RFIP must have a permanent operational base in the Marlborough District.
