Te Huia Forest offers an incisive purchaser the opportunity to take ownership of proven forestry land and established new Radiata pine crop. Te Huia Forest has a total area of 294.11 hectares and a total productive area of approx. 270 hectares, the remaining area consists of spectacular native bush.
The productive area consists of 63 hectares of 2019 Radiata pine plantings and 207 hectares of cut-over land. Located 62kms North West of Whangarei, this forest will have access to numerous domestic processing facilities as well as export markets through Northport just south of Whangarei city.
The forest have been professionally established, and there is significant harvest infrastructure in place from the prior rotations harvest.
