Options for sustainable access to satellite Analysis Ready Data for the Digital Earth Australia Prog

⁠⁠⁠Deliver a report that provides recommendations to secure sustainable and enduring access to Analysis Ready Data (ARD) for the Digital Earth Australia (DEA) Program. The report will be based on a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis for a range of scenarios that might include, but not limited to:
• Continued in-house production of ARD at Geoscience Australia, using current systems and processes.
• Directly sourcing ARD available from the United States Geological Survey (USGS), European Commission (EC), or other data suppliers, and no in-house ARD production.
• Options that are a combination of the two previous scenarios to varying levels.

Project requirements include, developing a project plan, coordinating project meetings to report progress, desktop research and analysis, running workshops, conducting interviews with stakeholder groups and delivering a report with recommendations.
