Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor to lead a project team to deliver a variety of renewal and improvement works at the Bridgetown Youth Precinct.

This project will deliver the following:

Retain the existing skate park but add some improvements to the skate area and surrounds;
Construct a new skate bowl;
Construct a new pump track;
Install a new basketball fixture and surface;
Improve the landscaping in the precinct;
Construct new Parkour Area;
Provide additional seating and shade incorporated into the landscaping design; and
Replace the old toilet facility with a new prefabricated toilet building.
