Tender Description

Tenders are invited for a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor to lead a project team to deliver a variety of renewal and improvement works at the Bridgetown Youth Precinct.

This project will deliver the following:

  • Retain the existing skate park but add some improvements to the skate area and surrounds;
  • Construct a new skate bowl;
  • Construct a new pump track;
  • Install a new basketball fixture and surface;
  • Improve the landscaping in the precinct;
  • Construct new Parkour Area;
  • Provide additional seating and shade incorporated into the landscaping design; and
  • Replace the old toilet facility with a new prefabricated toilet building.
