Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to offer a license over an approximately 1000 m2 enclosed shed within its Ballina waste management centre. Also available under the agreement is the usage of two material storage bunkers adjoined to an outside wall of the shed (with elevated conveyor window internal access), a 10.5m2 furnished office and shared usage of amenities (kitchen, toilet, showers) with Council staff.
NB: A mandatory briefing session will be held on site at 2:00pm Wednesday 7 July 2021
