Across Government Passenger Air Transport Services and Aerial Work Operational Services Panel Agreement

⁠⁠⁠Procurement Services SA, Department of Treasury and Finance acting on behalf of the Government of South Australia (State) is seeking to establish an Across Government Panel Agreement for the provision of Passenger Air Transport Services (PATS) and Aerial Work Operational Services (AWOS).

Service categories include:

• PATS - Air Transport - Fixed Wing
• PATS - Air Transport - Rotary Wing
• AWOS - Task Specialist - Fixed Wing
• AWOS - Task Specialist - Rotary Wing
• AWOS - Dispensing - Rotary Wing
• AWOS - Dispensing - Fixed Wing
• AWOS - External Load - Rotary Wing

The Panel Agreement will be mandated for use by Agencies to enable them to meet their aviation needs. The only exception to the mandated Panel Agreement will be:

• The exclusion of aviation services currently being provided internally by the Department for Environment and Water.
• All firefighting contracts under National Aerial Firefighting Centre arrangements.

The contract term for the Panel Agreement will be for an initial 7-year period, with an option to extend the arrangements for a further 3-year term.
